Weekly Astrology Forecast — Mar 29, 2021 – Apr 4, 2021

Forecast

Here is the Ask the Astrologers Forecast for the week of Mar 29, 2021 – Apr 4, 2021:

We start this week with a Grand Air Trine, involving the Moon, Saturn and North Node, on Monday. The Moon is still Full, in Libra, trining Saturn in Aquarius and the North Node in Gemin. Mars — since it’s still closely conjunct the North Node — is also part of this Grand Trine.

This is a great aspect for interacting with others, collaborating and sharing ideas. It’s good for meeting up with like-minded people, and for brainstorming and problem-solving. It’s a pleasant, harmonious aspect that can see you wanting to connect with others, whether that means face to face ot via social media.

There’s also a Sun / Chiron conjunction in Aries on Monday. This transit is more about recognizing your ability to guide and assist others through your own life experiences. It can signify a greater ability to put yourself in someone else’s shoes and feel what they feel.

This transit allows us to draw on out own memories of times when we may have felt victimized or marginalized in some way. As a result, you can Because of this, you may be more compassionate toward other people’s weaknesses and seek to help them overcome them — even as you struggle to overcome your own.

Mercury conjuncts Neptune while Venus sextiles Saturn on Tuesday. The Mercury Neptune aspect is excellent for meditating, journaling, or any type of creative communications (songwriting, poetry, composing love letters, etc.) It’s also a highly sensitive aspect that favors getting in touch with your intuition and paying attention to your dreams.

The Venus / Saturn sextile describes a need for careful consideration of what you value and where you stand in your relationships. It’s a good time to sit down and have a heart to heart talk with a loved one. It brings depth and wisdom to your thinking, especially regarding matters of the heart.

We have a couple more sextiles on Wednesday: the first one involving the Sun and Saturn, and the second one involving Venus and the North Node. The Sun / Saturn aspect emphasizes logic, discipline and the rational side of things. You can get a lot accomplished with this transit: It’s a good time to make plans and to assess progress that’s already been made. This aspect is both incredibly disciplined and productive, so if you want to get something done now is the time to do it.

The Venus / North Node sextile (which will automatically trine the South Node) can bring people into your life who want nothing but the best for you. Hold onto them and cherish their presence in your life. It can heighten your awareness of the beauty and grace that surround you even in the midst of turbulent times. This is a good image to hold onto (and to strive toward) for the rest of the week.

Thursday’s Scorpio Moon is void of course until around daybreak, at which time it moves into Sagittarius. In general, the Sagittarius Moon inspires us to think about travel, adventure, philosophy and higher mind pursuits. It takes us out of our comfort zones and gets us thinking about how the other half lives.

It conjuncts the fixed star Antares early in the evening and because the Moon’ will have started to wane by this point, this conjunction should be visible about the Eastern horizon after around 9:00 pm. The Moon / Antares conjunction is prominent in the charts of mavericks and trailblazers. So think about ways to manifest this passionate fiery energy yourself and apply it in your own life.

Mercury sextiles Pluto while the Sun sextiles the North Node on Friday. The Mercury / Pluto transit can ease the way to compromise and open communications. It’s all about deep thoughts and penetrating insights. But you don’t want to keep these to yourself. The sextile speaks of joining hands with others, and sharing information that causes you to stop and think.

The Sun / North Node sextile automatically trines the South Node. These aspects between the Sun and Nodes can bring people in that you’re working through past-life karma with (South Node) or creating new karma with (North Node). Of course these are often one and the same.

Pay attention to new people coming in during this time, as well as interactions that trigger you emotionally. These are harmonious aspects (trine and sextile) that should make for pleasant interactions with others, as well as opportunities to work together.

On Saturday, Venus conjuncts the asteroid Ceres. While Venus is debilitated in Aries, its energy blends very well with the Ceres emphasis on comfort and caring. This conjunction increases that energy, bringing in a desire to nurture and care for others. It’s connected with the earth, with sustenance, with nourishment and with a love of children and animals.

Mercury moves into Aries — and into mutual reception with Mars — on Sunday. Mercury has some dignity here too, as the esoteric ruler of Aries. And while Mars is currently out of bounds, this Mercury placement, which will continue up through April 19th, should help to balance out that irascible Martian energy.

Mercury in Aries is good for taking a stand, saying what’s on your mind, being bold and brave in your communications with others, and putting yourself out there. It’s better at talking than listening and is not so good at tact and diplomacy so keep that in mind in your interactions with others.

That’s it for this week! see you next week.
