Well, the month begins with a bit of confusion, tension and turmoil as Venus, the Sun and Mercury are all close together in Scorpio and then they all respectively cross the transiting south node in in the first week.
Mercury will be combust the Sun at the time of the total lunar eclipse on Tuesday, Nov 8 at 4:02 AM MST but will be within the 15’ range of the Sun for most of the day where is it said to be positive and have the ear of the king. I think this is fortuitous overall.
The eclipse occurs at 16° 1’ in fixed Scorpio with the Moon at 16° 1’ in fixed Taurus, in the nakshatra called Bharani associated with the eternal river of souls and also with Venus, female hormones and whose symbol is the yoni or female sexual organs. And guess what is on the ballot….
The Moon’s next aspect will be to join Uranus in Taurus so there will be some weirdness during the first 2 hours after the eclipse as the Sun, Mercury, Venus, Moon and Uranus are all involved in a square with Saturn. Everyone is going to feel tense and jerked around during this eclipse. And no, I don’t think there will be a civil war. But these are wild times, folks, wild times.
So, after that bit of fun we lighten up as Venus and Mercury move into Sagittarius on the 17th and Jupiter stations at 28 degrees of Pisces getting ready to go into direct motion on the 23rd! This is a good thing as Jupiter is optimistic and likes to expand and have some fun.
Mars is retrograde at 24 Gemini and makes a wide square to Jupiter but generally this isn’t destructive but it can expand existing tensions on the world scale. Saturn at 18 degrees of Aquarius still makes the square aspect to Uranus at 16 degrees of Taurus but they are slowing moving apart now.
Neptune is at 22 degrees of Pisces squaring the Mars retrograde causing some confusion about where things are heading and Pluto is still hanging out at 26 degrees of Capricorn…will it ever end? Yes. He finishes with that degree on December 10, 2022. Whew. 3 more degrees of Capricorn to go!

Aries — March 21-April 19: Take stock of your situation this month and slow things down to absorb new information coming in after the eclipse on November 8th, which happens in your solar 2nd and 8th houses. These are money, values and asset houses so let that sink in and they are being squared by Saturn in your 11th, another income house. Your ruling planet, Mars, is in retrograde motion and wants to regroup and fortify. Let yourself relax and refrain from forcing yourself to make long term decisions now. Those are better deflected to the new year. The 5th and 6th are your stellar days.
Taurus — April 20-May 20: With the eclipse happening in your sign, there is bound to be some turmoil or upset going on within and around you. The eclipse happens in your solar 1st and 7th houses so you will be thinking about yourself and you in relationship to others, as well as balancing your career demands. Use yoga and calming breaths to take the edge off any tension that happens at this time. Most things are out of your control, except how you take care of yourself. So do that and do it well. Your stellar days are the 7th and full Moon lunar eclipse of the 8th.
Gemini — May 21-June 21: With Mercury, your ruling planet, a little stressed for the first week, the 8th could have your intuition quite high as Mercury is within 15’ of the Sun for most of the day and is considered quite favorable. The eclipse happens in your solar 12th and 6th houses so you must carefully guard your health in the next 6 months. The next few days after the eclipse will be calmer and when the little dude gets close to his friend, Venus on the 13th and the cosmic vibe lightens up a bit. Mars is retrograde in your sign so there are things to think over and change if you want to progress in the new year, always a good thing. The 9th 10th and 11th are your most fortunate days.
Cancer — June 22-July 23: With the eclipse happening in your solar 11th and 5th houses, you will be considering making changes to the groups you associate with to develop a new source of income from your profession. You will also be spending more time with your children and/or being more creative with your time and energy while figuring out how to pay for it all! Jupiter will be moving to the top of your chart in the new year so that will be a source of new opportunity and adventure that you will enjoy. The 12th and 13th are your most favorable days.
Leo — July 24-August 23: The eclipse happens in your solar 10th and 4th houses so you have the juggling act of balancing work life, home/family life and your spouse in the coming year due to Saturn’s placement in the 7th house of partnership. Lots of changes ahead but you have a handle on it and are optimistic about what’s coming in. Pay attention to your long term goals and your investments through the year’s end as you may want to make changes in the new year. All good. The 14th, 15th and 16th are your best days.
Virgo — August 24-September 22: With the eclipse happening in your solar 9th and 3rd houses, you have some leeway in how your conduct your business and may even consider more remote activity. This axis is taking the square from Saturn in your 6th house of work and health so make choices that support your wellbeing now. With the exception of Saturn’s placement in Aquarius, the signs of Taurus and Scorpio are friendly to Virgo. So, Saturn has to be honored. Follow the rules of good health and you will be rewarded with it. The 17th and 18th are your stellar days.
Libra — September 23-October 22: The eclipse happens in your solar 8th and 2nd houses so the next six months will have you delving into end of life planning, investments, insurances and keeping a good income stream flowing. The square from Saturn in your 5th house puts your children or creative projects in the balancing act of life over the next six months or more. Jupiter will be helping your through this passage so don’t worry as unexpected blessings will come through. Your best days are the 19th, 20th and AM hours of the 21st.
Scorpio — October 23-November 22: With your ruling planet, Mars, in retrograde motion you are re-evaluating almost everything for the next 2.5 months. The eclipse happens in your 7th and 1st houses and is squared by Saturn in the 4th so this is the classic balancing act between your desires, your spouse’s desire and what your family stability needs. You have responsibilities and must fulfill them. Jupiter’s strong placement in Pisces in the 5th house will give your positive support if you tune into it, particularly around November 23rd when it goes direct. The lunar vibes of the PM hours of the 21st, the 22nd and AM hours of the new Moon on the 23rd are favorable for you.
Sagittarius — November 23-December 20: With Jupiter, your ruling planet, in Pisces and going direct on the 23rd of the month, you will be shaking off some ennui and coming back to life again. Jupiter in its retrograde motion was moving back closer to Neptune which can be quite inspirational or make one like a sleepwalker just going through the motions. It will feel good to move forward in life again so keep that in mind if you feel like blowing off the holidays. The eclipse happens in your solar 6th and 12th houses so you need to take care of your health. This is being squared by Saturn in your 3rd so don’t be too hard on your siblings if they offer suggestions to you. The PM hours of the new Moon on the 23rd, the 24th and AM hours of the 25th are your stellar days.
Capricorn — December 21-January 20: Your ruling planet, Saturn, in your solar 2nd house is making a square aspect to the eclipse which happens in your solar 5th and 11th houses. This indicates that there are financial obligations that will need to be taken into consideration regarding your next stage of career development and connection, your creative output and your relationship with your children. Lots of things up in the air to juggle now. The square aspect is waning soon so you won’t feel so much pressure in the next year. The lunar vibes of the PM hours of the 25th, the 26th, and AM hours of the 27th are your best days.
Aquarius — January 21-February 19: With Saturn in your sign and 1st house and making a square to the eclipse in your 4th and 10th houses, you have the juggling act of balancing home and family life with career demands while trying to not come off as a total hard ass who wants his way all the time. Yes, it can look like that to others. So, the trick is to talk openly about the demands and get feedback from the other people involved. You may not take their advice but don’t shut them out of the conversation. The lunar vibes of the 1st, AM hours of the 2nd, the PM hours of the 27th, the 29th and 29th are your stellar days.
Pisces — February 20-March 20: With Jupiter going direct in your sign on the 23rd, there’s positive stuff coming your way. What has been stalled in your life starts to unwind and move forward, particularly next month. You may decide to take a new direction in the new year as well. The eclipse happens in your 3rd and 9th houses indicating new ways of communicating and an exploration of your beliefs is in order. This axis takes the square from Saturn in your 12th house so make sure you allow some down time in your schedule as Saturn feels tired when in this house. Anyway, looking forward, you get some inspiration from traveling around, even if only short distances in the neighborhood. Long distance travel is also indicated by this eclipse as well. The PM hours of the 2nd, the 3rd, 4th and the 30th are your most positive days.
