Weekly Astrology Forecast — Jan 25, 2021 – Jan 31, 2021

Forecast

Here is the Ask the Astrologers Forecast for the week of Jan 25, 2021 – Jan 31, 2021:

This week starts with a 60° aspect (sextile) between the Sun and Chiron on Monday. This transit can lead us to a better understanding of what others are going through at any given time. Especially the more agonizing emotional experiences that are still unresolved. It open us up to vulnerabilities we might ordinarily dismiss or overlook. It can bring reminders of our own traumatic experiences to the forefront, and help us to identify the same in others.

This transit is made all the more relevant in that it’s positioned in action-oriented signs. With Sun in Aquarius — the sign that’s associated with embracing the quirks and idiosyncrasies in others — and Chiron in Aries — the sign associated with courage and conviction — this aspect act as a catalyst for change, by breaking through whatever obstacles are standing in your way.

Weekly Astrology Forecast — Jan 18, 2021 – Jan 24, 2021

Forecast

Here is the Ask the Astrologers Forecast for the week of Jan 18, 2021 – Jan 24, 2021:

We start this week on Monday, with the Moon — still New — in Pisces, sextiling the Sun and Pluto. These are both relatively mellow transits, with the Pisces Moon bringing empathy, intuition and empathy to the table, with the Sun and Pluto adding elements of will-power and self-control.

The Moon in Pisces is loving, compassionate, and highly impressionable. It can increase psychic awareness and make you more susceptible to outside influences. It’s mystical and ethereal, but can also be incredibly naïve. It’s not good at filtering out negative or harmful information, and can therefore be easily deceived. This is the most sensitive and idealistic Moon there is. So try to put yourself in other people’s shoes and show some compassion during these trying times.

Weekly Astrology Forecast — Jan 11, 2021 – Jan 17, 2021

Forecast

Here is the Ask the Astrologers Forecast for the week of Jan 11, 2021 – Jan 17, 2021:

We start this week on Monday, with Mercury conjuncting Jupiter and both of them sextiling Chiron. With respect to the Mercury / Jupiter conjunction, we have two natural polarities — the natural rulers of the 3rd and 9th houses — joined together in harmony. We have Mercury — the planet associated with communications and ideas — conjuncting Jupiter — the planet associated with benevolence, good will and generosity.

The sextile to Chiron brings elements like compassion, humility and tolerance to the table, making it a little easier to understand someone else’s point of view. Among many other things, this transit is good for opening your heart to those you love and expressing appreciation and gratitude for all that you have. It’s good for coming together with others and celebrating your allegiances while honoring and accepting your differences. It can herald a time for feeling inspired and optimistic about the future.

Weekly Astrology Forecast — Jan 4, 2021 – Jan 10, 2021

Forecast

Here is the Ask the Astrologers Forecast for the week of Jan 4, 2021 – Jan 10, 2021:

This week we have three planets — Mercury, Venus and Mars — all changing signs. We’re also dealing with an out-of-bounds planet (Mercury) and a stationary planet (Uranus, which will go direct in 10 days, at the exact degree it occupies now), and by week’s end the entire body of planets encased within the North and South Nodes.

Starting on Monday, we have a Moon — still full — in Virgo, which will trine the Sun, Mercury and Pluto, square Venus and oppose Neptune before the day is through. These are mostly productive and discipline transits, with emphasis on work to be done.

Aries: Judgment

This month — with your ruler (Mars) finally crossing its shadow point, it’s going to be time to think about reinventing yourself.

The Judgment card — this version from the beautiful Guardian of the Night Tarot — represents a day of reckoning.  It calls for self-evaluation and awareness, a need to develop enough spiritual altitude to look objectively at your mistakes and shortcomings as well as your triumphs and victories.

It serves as a powerful reminder that in order to put the past behind us we must let go of prior judgments and heal the wounds that have been holding us back.

It’s a card of eternity, infinity and timelessness. Of atonement and forgiveness. Of unconditional love, understanding and acceptance, for both ourselves and for those who’ve hurt us or let us down.

This card represents a summation of all that has come before, and an awareness that each step taken — from here on out — leaves an indelible imprint on our future. On a personal level, this card speaks of compassion, forgiveness, understanding, and acceptance.

Take this time to tie up loose ends. This can be a literal letting go of the past, but it will more likely relate to putting yourself in other people’s shoes and seeing how the mistakes they’ve made or the grief they’ve caused have been just as much a part of being human and flawed as any direct attempt to cause you pain.
