We have some interesting new vibrations coming in this month as Mercury, Venus and Jupiter change signs and all the planets are traveling between Scorpio and Taurus this month so half of the zodiac signs are empty. Not to mention we have the winter solstice, an eclipse on Christmas and only a degree of separation between the rather harsh planets of Saturn and Pluto by month’s end. That is a whole bunch of change, folks, so buckle up as it may be a bumpy transition.
Mercury clears the degree of its recent retrograde phase on 12/7 so things that went awry during the Rx time can still be cleared up. Mercury enters Sagittarius on 12/9 and stays in the sign of its detriment through 12/28 so be aware that your decision-making ability may be flawed during this time.
Venus transits the practical sign of Capricorn until 12/21. It is a challenging time for Venus as she makes contact with the south node on the 2nd. This could bring in contact from relationships of the past so think carefully before you agree before deepening a connection with that person. Is it moving you backward or forward in your life?

Aries: Wheel of Fortune
This month, you may be looking at the ups and downs in your life and thinking about how they’ve led you to where you are today. The Wheel of Fortune card is associated with fate, destiny, “karma,” life cycles and both good and bad luck.
Sometimes we blame ourselves for the down times (assuming we’ve “brought it all on ourselves”) while viewing the up times as outside of our control.
We all experience these up and down cycles — and we all try to maximize the former while minimizing the latter. But the Wheel of Fortune — this version from the Alchemical Tarot — tells us that both are necessary and that the good times wouldn’t be good without the frame of reference of the not-so-good times.
Like the mythical Ouroboros or world serpent, the Wheel of Fortune tells us that there is no beginning or end, much like the rhythms in our own lives.
Here we see the two dragons — one white with wings and a crown and the other one red and scaly — circling the wheel together. As one goes up the other comes down, repeating that cycle over and over again in an ongoing (and never ending) process.
This month you’ll have 6 planets and the South Node moving through your 10th house — the area associated with reputation and public standing. As a result, this is the area you’re likely to see the biggest impact. You can take advantage of these transits by aligning yourself with their respective energies. And rather that seeing yourself tied to that karmic wheel this month, consider participating in your destiny and working to overcome the conditioning that’s held you there in the past
Remember that as one one door closes, another one opens — just as the wheel turns and the seasons change. Today’s transits speak of finding ways to voice your intentions while at the same time putting disappointments and heartaches behind you.

Here is the Ask the Astrologers Weekly Astro Forecast for the week of Nov 25, 2019 – Dec 1, 2019:
Happy Holidays! This week we have one planet (Venus) changing signs, one planet (Neptune) changing direction, and a Sun / Moon conjunction (also known as a New Moon) in Sagittarius.
We start things off with the Moon in Scorpio — nestled between Mars and Mercury — on Sunday. Because the Moon will be little more than a sliver in the early morning hours, you should be able to get outside and view this configuration before the Sun comes up — between around 6 am and 8.

Here is the Ask the Astrologers Weekly Astro Forecast for the week of Nov 18, 2019 – Nov 24, 2019:
There a lot happening this week, starting with an out of bounds Venus, Mercury changing direction and the Sun and Mars changing signs. We’ve also got the Leonid meteor showers peaking in the early hours of Monday morning.
Mars is not a happy camper at this time: it’s void of course, at an anaretic (29th) degree and debilitated by sign (Libra, the sign of its detriment). At its worst, Mars in Libra can be wishy-washy, indecisive or argumentative. It likes to ruffle feathers and play the devil’s advocate, often without even a clear commitment to its stance. But at its best, it’s a tireless advocate who’s willing to fight for what it sees as right, just or fair.

Here is the Ask the Astrologers Weekly Astro Forecast for the week of Nov 11, 2019 – Nov 17, 2019:
This week starts with a Sun / Mercury conjunction at 18º Scorpio 55 on Monday. This is Mercury’s inferior conjunction, which renders it “combust,” or so close to the Sun that it’s obscured by the Sun’s rays. The exact conjunction takes place around 3:20 pm UT, and is referred to by classical astrologers as “cazimi,” which means in the heart of the Sun.
This is a powerful condition, with the cazimi planet’s influence generally seen as heightened and energized by the Sun. But because Mercury’s retrograde and is essentially “hidden” by the Sun, this aspect can be somewhat problematic. The main thing to watch for is information that is hidden or lacking, which can result in making ill-informed decisions.

Here is the Ask the Astrologers Weekly Astro Forecast for the week of Nov 4, 2019 – Nov 10, 2019:
This week starts with the Sun trining the Moon’s North Node (and thus automatically trining the South Node) on Monday. This aspect is all about coming to terms with who you are and being more than ok with it. It’s about bringing the lessons of the past (South Node) into harmony with where you are today.
As this is a Water sign trine it may have more to do with feelings and emotions than anything else. It can relate to gaining a better understanding of the inner workings of your own psyche (Scorpio Sun) and healing old wounds and hurts (Cancer Node). As the Nodes are said to be karmic in nature you can make great strides toward clearing up karmic debts during this time.

Aries: King of Wands
How comfortable are you feeling with your own power? This month you might need to find out; as you’re probably going to need to step forward and take charge of a situation that needs a strong, confident and authoritative hand.
The King of Wands — this version from the Crystal Tarot — is often a force to be reckoned with. He’s strong, confident, powerful and imposing; in other words, not someone anyone is going to want to trifle with.
He is dynamic and expansive. He embodies Fire sign qualities: warmth, charisma, passion, ardor. And Leo qualities in particular, according to this card. He does everything — and experiences everything — in a big way.
As with all of the court cards, this King can represent a person in your life, in this case someone who possesses strong leadership qualities and who has a larger-than-life presence that’s impossible to ignore. He can also represent a state of mind — as in displaying an infectious confidence and enthusiasm that draws people to you and elevates you in their eyes. And he can represent an event — such as a promotion or recognition from your peers.
If this is someone in your life, know that he’s here to pull you out of your shell. He’s here to teach — and to show you through example — how to live life to the fullest and to embrace it with a passion.
He may be a friend, a lover, or an authority figure, or he may be someone entering for just a brief period of time. Whatever role he plays in your life, the message for you is the same: It’s time to stand up and take charge and show the rest of the world what you’re capable of.
