Free Daily Tarotscope — Mar 20, 2015 — The Moon

the Moon

The Moon

For those of you in parts of the world today where the eclipse can be seen you may feel as if your world is turned a bit upside down… with day becoming darker. So it is with this version of the Moon where what is actually in the “sky” bears only a slight resemblance to what is on the “earth”. In other words all is not as it may seem.

The card of the Moon usually stands for confusion and as this eclipse goes off in the last degree of Pisces, a sign known for its intuitive capabilities, you need to be aware of what is “real” and what is “unreal”.

The yin yang symbol in the centre of this image shows that there is a need for balance today as you navigate through waters (emotions) that may seem a little turbulent to you and have you feeling as if you are swimming against the tide or just being pulled around in all directions without any control of what is going on.

If you take a look at the top half of this image though you can see you can overcome any uncertainty or confusion which is around you if you steer to your course and hold true in what you believe.

It is as if you are being shown a blueprint of what may and may not be and the choice is yours of what you make of today. Will it be good or bad? Will it be in your hands or out of your hands?

Eclipses tend to take things out of your hands but there are a few things you can do to mitigate any damage. This is not the day to make major decisions. It is certainly not the day to take any risks or believe all that is around you is the total truth.

There may be a few surprises in store for you in the days to come and if you look back you will see that what you sow today you may reap in the next few weeks as we head into the next eclipse on April 4.

Free Daily Tarotscope — Oct 7, 2014 — Five of Swords

Five of Swords

Five of Swords

Are you caught in a battle of words with another person? Such as a quarrel that has gone too far and neither of you want to be the first to admit they are wrong?

With Sun opposite Uranus today this is exactly the kind of situation you could find yourself in. You will have to keep your temper in check and not let anyone else push your buttons.

If you are not careful you may lose the other person from your life. If you are involved in any legal matters then be sure you have all your facts correct and indeed have all the relevant facts of the matter to hand.

The Five of Swords often indicates a situation where someone is not playing fair. If this is the case with you, remember you don’t have to stick around.

Notice the man in the card with the sword raised high in his hands, ready to cut off from the matter, take his losses and leave.

Walking away is always better than engaging in confrontations, especially in this case as there are no winners.

This is a card about words and intellect (as shown by the swords). Often our words can wound another person emotionally and we do not realize we have done so.

Free Daily Tarotscope — Sept 29, 2014 — Ace of Cups

Ace of Cups

Ace of Cups

The Ace of Cups is a card of love. Love comes in many forms and the deep purples and blues certainly depict a spiritual love surrounding this card.

Even a quick glance at this image and you fall in love with it. The many facets to the cup and the background colours almost pull you in and surround you at the same time till you are left thinking of nothing but what this card implies and the implications of it in your life today.

If you have been having problems with your love life it may do you well to just set back for a while and soak in this image, let go of your thoughts and start to come up with a new picture of how you would like your love life or relationship to be.

Venus enters Libra today, bringing with it a new opportunity to find love, or if you’re already involved an opportunity to renew your connection with another.

If you look at the bottom of the cup (above the base) you will see the figure of the top half of a man, and if you look at the bottom of the card (underneath the cup’s base) you will glimpse an outline of a woman’s arm and breast.

It is almost as if the reflection of the man and woman are mirroring each other and so it is with the emotion of love.

The Ace of Cups shows that the cup runs over with water (emotions).

Free Daily Tarotscope — Feb 5, 2014 — Queen of Cups

Queen of Cups

Queen of Cups

Today you may need to go inwards to look at a situation in a different way.

The Queen of Cups is intuitive, caring and kind and she may also be giving too much of her energy away in helping others.

There is only so much you can do for someone else and then they are on their own in working through their problems. If you keep giving and giving you will have no energy left to give to yourself.

Perhaps it is time to practice a little bit of self caring to your own self. There are 8 tentacles in this card similar to that of an octopus. Did you know that if an octopus severs a tentacle it will grow back?

This is an interesting analogy to think of with your emotions because even when you lose someone from your life someone else will come into your life to take that person’s place.

Be careful that you do not keep repeating the same emotional mistakes because although you have numerous chances to start over again your best course of action is to take care of yourself first and not lose part of yourself in the first place.

August 2013 Tarot Scopes featuring the Revelations Tarot

Is there something you have been wishing, praying and hoping for?

The card of the Star shows that you can have what you want and possibly without putting too much effort into it as long as you don’t start worrying, striving and generally putting your thoughts and emotions into a state of unbalance.

The Star is a card of happiness… of wishes coming true. Think of the saying “wish upon a star” and keep it in your mind as you go after your dreams.

The halo of doves and stars surrounding the woman in the card as she simultaneously fills one water urn and lets the other urn flow out depicts a balance in not holding on too tightly to something and trusting that what you want shall be fulfilled.

The reflection within the water shows what happens if you go against this balance with the red, amber tones standing for anger, frustration and a general blockage to getting what you want.
