Mars is at home in Scorpio — a sign it co-rules with Pluto — and is especially powerful there, but because it’s retrograde and at an anaretic degree, the potential for that power to be misused is strong. The third pass — once Mercury turns direct again — will occur two months from now (on July 6th) and then will repeat this cycle in the fall.
